As an Ogden Utah photographer I enjoy photographing a variety of products for FBA sellers. FBA sellers are small business owners who sell their products on Amazon. After manufacturing their products, their inventory typically ships straight to Amazon, then Amazon fulfills the orders from that point. Thuy sells holographic, smell-proof storage bags on Amazon through the FBA program. She contacted me to set up a photoshoot that would utilize a model, food, props, styled flatlays, and more to demonstrate the variety of ways to use her product.

Behind the Scenes of the Shoot

I enjoyed brainstorming many different ways to use the bags and styling them accordingly. However, the holographic nature of the bags did make it tricky to photograph them without having a glare! I made sure to use a diffuser next to my flash to ensure that the light did not create too bright of a glare on the holographic parts of the bags in the photos.

Obviously, these holographic, smell-proof bags can be used to store so many different items. Organize your sewing and craft odds and ends! Portion out snack food servings for lunchbox prep! Store tea leaves near other food items without having their smell transfer! Tame the tangled up mess of electronics cords! Fill with candy for birthday party favors! Bring a scoop of bath salts on your vacation so you can treat yourself to a relaxing bath without worrying that they’ll spill all over your suitcase! Corral those little items like paper clips, pushpins, erasers, and binder clips that love to make a mess in your junk drawer! Fill with nuts, dried fruit, or trail mix for a healthy snack that you can toss in your purse or backpack and eat on the go! The possibilities truly are limitless.
