E-Commerce Product Photography | CBD Skincare Products

I love doing e-commerce product photography because I get to photograph such a variety of products in a lot of different industries!  That means I get to meet a lot of different business owners and get a glimpse into their world and the unique challenges and advantages that come along with advertising to their particular target market.  I love learning more about these businesses and hearing the owners’ ideas for using product photography as a tool to help their business stand out from the competition and to convey certain concepts and emotions to their potential customers.

Today I’m excited to share some favorite images from a recent e-commerce product photography shoot I did for a company that sells CBD Skincare Products.  Kellie, the owner, needed lifestyle photos of her products being used, as well as product shots of the individual products for her online listings.  For the lifestyle shots, we used Space One Two One studio in Mesa, and it was the perfect setting.  They have a great little makeup station with a mirror and countertop that worked perfectly for the photos of Kellie demonstrating how to apply the skincare products.

These products are marketed to both men and women, and they are made from all natural ingredients–qualities that Kellie wanted to come across in the way they were photographed.  Using plants as props and shooting the products on a black background brought together the natural element without looking overly feminine.  I love the way the finished photos turned out!  These are some of my favorite shots!
