As a Cache Valley photographer, I love it when I get to take pictures of wonderful friends and their families. This extended family photo session at Denzil Stewart Nature Park on the Island in Logan, UT was a favorite. It was a beautiful summer night. The greenery of the park looked so pretty bathed in golden hour sunlight! I loved the soft pastel color scheme of the outfits the Bagleys wore. The colors fit the summery setting so well, yet stood out nicely from the greens in the background.

The Bagleys are the most amazing family and I felt so honored to take their family pictures. Take my word for it when I say that each person in the Bagley family has a heart of gold! My husband grew up with their oldest son, and he married one of my best friends from high school! They live a few states away so it was a real treat to see them and their cute family! The Bagleys’ daughter Megan and her family lived not too far away from us in Arizona. I took her family pictures when we lived there, so it was fun to see her family again! Greg and Marja live near us and Greg served so faithfully as the bishop of our ward (like the pastor of our church congregation) for several years. He and Marja are both so kind and friendly and genuinely love and care for all their neighbors. This family is full of kind, caring, genuine people, and you can tell by the light in their eyes. I really feel like the Bagley family’s love for each other radiates so visibly in the way they look at each other. I had such a fun summer evening capturing that love in these photos!
